• 5–7 years Finance experience with progressive FP&A experience

Responsibilities

• Own financial management across OpEx, Grants, and People spend, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage budget vs. actuals analysis, identify risks and trends
• Support annual planning and reforecast cycles with detailed financial models
• Oversee grants financial tracking and forecasting, including commitment pacing
• Lead AI-driven and automation improvements in recurring finance processes
