You'll own product strategy and execution for AI capabilities at the heart of Cognigy's agentic platform, working across both internal AI infrastructure and customer-facing features. You'll partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to define what we build and how we measure success. This role offers the chance to shape cutting-edge agentic AI products at a global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap and delivery of an AI-driven product area.
• Track AI and LLM market developments and assess fit.
• Partner with engineering on architectural trade-offs.
• Prototype ideas using modern AI tooling for discovery.
• Balance stable foundational capabilities with evolving scope.

📋 Requirements

• Technical product management experience with AI/LLM products.
• Hands-on prototyping with modern AI tooling.
• Strong technical fluency in inference, embeddings, and evaluation.
• Experience with enterprise product requirements including scalability and security.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational AI platforms or AI infrastructure.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI interfaces (chat, copilots).
• Led cross-functional initiatives with international distributed teams.
