You'll lead and scale OpenAI's ISV and technology partner portfolio, building strategic relationships with leading enterprise platforms. You'll drive joint GTM plans and scalable integrations, owning high-impact partnerships that accelerate enterprise AI adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic ISV and technology partnerships.
• Define partnership strategy, priorities, and execution roadmap.
• Establish and run an operating model with governance and cadence.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and GTM teams.
• Drive joint GTM plans with Field and Marketing teams.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software or cloud.
• Track record building and scaling partnerships from early-stage through execution.
• Strong technical and product fluency to partner with engineering and security.
• Experience navigating enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
