💼 About This Role

You'll own organic social media and email marketing campaigns for a growing software consultancy. Your work will drive measurable growth across multiple channels. This role offers the chance to build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
• Support on-page SEO including metadata, content briefs, and keyword tracking
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience
• Proven experience managing organic social channels including content calendar and community engagement
• Solid understanding of email marketing segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals like on-page optimization and keyword research

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
• Familiarity with paid media concepts and ad reporting
