Description

You will lead the strategic direction and execution of customer security products at Bitso, working cross-functionally to build scalable solutions that balance security, efficiency, and user experience. Your work will directly strengthen fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and authentication methods for both retail and institutional customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Manager driving high-impact results
• Experience with multiple authentication methods and security features for mobile and web
• Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and capabilities
• Strong background in building data-driven end-to-end products
• Proven track record using OKR metrics model

Responsibilities

• Manage customer security products, providing guidance, roadmap definition, and alignment with engineering
• Define product vision and roadmap for central systems affecting retail and institutional customers
• Provide a secure and scalable system for Bitso's teams and customers
• Simplify and amplify existing capabilities and features
• Strategize products towards modern AI generative capabilities
