Description
You will lead a multi-level, multi-functional employee relations organization, designing and implementing company-wide ER strategies across regions. This role involves managing complex, high-stakes issues, improving processes, and mentoring senior leaders to protect organizational integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, law, or related field
- 12+ years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure
- Expertise in global labor laws, risk management, and ER governance
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape ER strategy across multiple geographies
- Exceptional judgment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-level, multi-functional ER organization with strategic influence across regions
- Design and implement company-wide ER strategies including risk governance and labor-management stability
- Drive simplification and process improvement while managing complex, high-stakes ER issues
- Establish contingency plans and lead proactive risk management to protect organizational integrity
