💼 About This Role

As a Part-Time Assistant Manager at Hot Topic, you'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets in a fun, fan-centric retail environment. You'll have the keys to the kingdom, opening and closing the store, and driving add-on sales using fandom knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Support planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
