💼 About This Role

You'll join the Live Advisory Team to execute qualitative research engagements for global corporate clients. You'll own end-to-end operational delivery, from participant coordination to vendor management, ensuring high-impact in-person and virtual events run smoothly. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling for live engagements
• Manage project communications, confirmations, and logistics
• Track project budgets and coordinate vendor and travel arrangements
• Monitor projects in real-time to troubleshoot and ensure seamless execution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2–4+ years client-facing experience
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities accurately
