Description

You will serve as the technical SME for ServiceNow SAM and HAM, managing asset lifecycle, compliance, and financial impact. You'll collaborate with SAM Managers to translate business processes into technical solutions that identify cost-saving opportunities, integrating financial data from Workday, NetSuite, and other systems to ensure accurate asset visibility.

Requirements

• 3-5 years ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years focused on SAM and HAM
• ServiceNow CSA required; CIS–SAM or CIS–HAM highly preferred
• Strong understanding of ITAM business processes and ServiceNow SAM data model with CMDB/CSDM
• Experience with Cloud Cost Management/Optimization for AWS and GCP
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Flow Designer) and REST/JSON integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow SAM and HAM, focusing on Content Library, Normalization engines, and Reconciliation processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze asset management processes and implement automated workflows for license reclamation and cost avoidance
• Oversee and troubleshoot integrations with Coupa, Okta, JAMF, Intune, and SaaS connectors using IntegrationHub
• Build and maintain automated workflows for hardware lifecycle following CSDM best practices
• Manage Cloud Cost Management workflows for AWS and GCP visibility and optimization
