You'll lead the Loans Lifecycle engineering organization at Affirm, owning the loan system of record and ledger pipelines. Your work will ensure financial accuracy and scalability across multiple geographies and products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and drive execution for Loans Lifecycle engineering
• Define technical roadmap for service decomposition and scalability
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Compliance teams
• Drive operational excellence across batch pipelines and online services

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing managers with high-quality development
• Experience leading multiple backend services and big data teams
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems and database architecture
