Description

Lead Gusto's technical recruiting team as a strategic partner to VP+ Engineering leaders. You'll manage a team of ~15, drive hiring strategies, implement AI-driven tools, and scale recruiting operations to attract world-class technical talent.

Requirements

• 12+ years recruiting experience with 6+ years in people management
• Experience managing managers and leading teams of 15-20+ in high-growth environment
• Proven track record building large-scale engineering organizations
• Curiosity and ability to apply AI-driven tools for recruiting efficiency
• Experience working as peer to VP+ technical leaders

Responsibilities

• Empower and develop a team of 20, including managing two recruiting managers
• Partner with VP+ Engineering leaders on hiring profiles and growth goals
• Review, select, and implement AI-driven recruiting tools and data-informed strategies
• Develop strategies to attract technical talent reflecting diverse small businesses
• Innovate on top-of-funnel strategies including employer brand and engineering community relations
