In this role, you will manage SaaS applications like Okta and Google Workspace, deploy collaboration tools, and support IT operations for a cloud-first company. You'll help enable rapid growth by planning new sites, troubleshooting networks, and developing automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT experience
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace
• 2+ years Tier II escalation support
• Reside in Canada

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Deploy and manage systems for collaboration and productivity
• Configure cloud-based telephone systems
• Maintain escalated ticket queue and respond to requests
• Document IT policies and procedures
