Description

You will build and maintain authentication expertise across multiple product categories, train authentication team members, track progress and accuracy, and compile feedback for leadership. You'll foster cross-functional relationships to maintain an efficient work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant experience in footwear/apparel authentication or authentication training
• Experience creating training materials is a plus
• Knowledge of current authentication and operations landscape
• Knowledge of the resale market, releases, and culture
• On-site role in Atlanta, GA; up to 15% travel required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain authentication expertise across Footwear, Apparel, and Collectibles
• Learn and enforce authentication and quality control processes
• Train authentication team members and track their progress and accuracy
• Compile training feedback and report findings to leadership
• Perform product research and draft research summaries
