Description

You will drive production and ensure shift goals are met in the rotary department, supporting the shift supervisor by training employees and facilitating daily communication. Your focus is on enforcing quality standards, coaching the team, and meeting daily production targets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Experience utilizing warehouse equipment

Responsibilities

• Enforce product quality standards and output goals
• Coach employees on company standards and report on attendance and production
• Train employees on packaging best practices
• Monitor daily inventory and supply counts
• Report downtimes to leadership and maintenance
