🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to scope complex Integration initiatives.
• Define goals and drive delivery on complex, highly coupled initiatives.
• Track dependencies, risks, and monitor progress against objectives.
• Communicate program status through updates, dashboards, and metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, program management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of program management in complex technical environments.
• Experience with milestone-driven and production-readiness contexts.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across matrixed organizations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles or ADAS.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
• Background in scaled agile or systems engineering.
