You'll drive B2B sales for an AI-powered language learning platform, targeting enterprise customers in Korea. Your core impact will be building and managing a pipeline of enterprise accounts to surpass sales targets.   • Create and manage pipeline from inbound and outbound activity
  • Apply discovery and value-selling to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct analysis to create account plans for expansion opportunities

  • 5+ years closing new and upsell sales for HR-focused SaaS
  • Consistent pipeline generation meeting net new business targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (3-12 months)
  • Full funnel selling including outbound, trial management, negotiation
