💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate consumer studies related to nicotine and tobacco products at Celerion. Primarily a customer service-based role, you'll manage participant activities including screening and evaluations. This part-time position offers benefits and requires flexibility for varied hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain participant screening, training, and evaluations.
• Enter and update study information into computer systems.
• Collect and organize panelists' paperwork and documentation.
• Develop positive communications and relationships with participants.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Administrative skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday.
• Must be 21 years of age per Virginia law for tobacco products.
