🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site technical support and conduct chlorate process audits.
• Serve as primary technical contact resolving product and process issues.
• Lead customer engagement activities including trials and training.
• Analyze operational data to deliver actionable recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in technical service or process engineering in pulp and paper.
• Strong expertise in chlorate bleaching processes.
• Experience managing customer relationships in industrial B2B settings.
