🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and manage data and backend engineers.

• Manage OKRs, roadmaps, and performance of the team.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, BigQuery, and Hive.
• Experience building distributed pipelines with Spark or Scio.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
