You'll manage client services coordination and emergent scheduling for a Medicare-certified home health office. You'll build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations while maintaining fiscal management of your caseload.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Monitor metrics such as admissions, Medicare, and referral rejections
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree required (Bachelor preferred)
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical record systems
• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increasing responsibility

• Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS
• Prior supervisory experience
