You'll partner with senior management to refine go-to-market strategy, mentor direct reports on pipeline building and closing, and ensure consistent over-achievement of targets. Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building and closing
  • Consistently deliver against targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring and maturing a geographically distributed team of Account Executives
  • Strategic mindset with cross-functional alignment and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English; experience with Salesforce and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to support the SEA hunter team in over-achieving goals
  • Help direct reports articulate career paths and identify improvement areas in the sales cycle
  • Lead the hunter team in identifying and prioritizing prospective accounts and establishing sales metrics
  • Provide guidance on tools used to facilitate the sales cycle for growth and improvement
  • Conduct performance management reviews and weekly/quarterly reporting on opportunity statistics
