You'll act as the main point of contact for all IT questions and support onboarding new hires. You'll build IT infrastructure and maintain asset databases while collaborating across departments. This role offers remote-first flexibility with 2 days/week in downtown Toronto.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year help desk or IT-related experience
• Experience triaging Level 1 IT requests
• Familiar with Apple Devices & MacOS administration
• Basic understanding of networking concepts

• Knowledge of SaaS Software Administration
• Experience with CRM or IT Ticketing System
• G-Suite or Office365 Administration
