You'll support sourcing and talent mapping for the Entertainment business, ensuring delivery of high-quality talent. You'll assist recruiters in sourcing from existing talent pools and mapping potential candidates across job portals. This role offers a hands-on apprenticeship in a creative and agile workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Assist in talent mapping for key business roles
• Conduct initial profile screening based on defined criteria
• Maintain candidate data and track sourcing metrics

📋 Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational ability with attention to detail
• Working familiarity with ATS/HR databases and MS Office/Google Suite
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals for sourcing

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-2 years experience in talent acquisition/sourcing
• Experience with ATS tools preferred
