You'll own the daily execution of a financial services operation that runs as an integrated manufacturing system. You'll manage a team of line managers and senior managers across bookkeeping and tax workflows, driving throughput and quality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily execution of full Service Operations function (bookkeeping and tax preparation) as integrated system.
• Manage team of line managers and senior managers across all production workflows.
• Drive daily and weekly production reviews monitoring throughput, SLA adherence, and capacity utilization.
• Own backlog recovery by activating pre-defined recovery playbooks when production falls behind.
• Architect transition from volume-based to exception-based management while maintaining current throughput.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years managing high-volume, process-driven operations.
• Manufacturing or industrial operations mindset focusing on throughput, utilization, cycle time.
• Proven track record running multi-workflow operations balanced dynamically.
• Strong people leader with direct experience managing managers.

• Financial services, fintech, tax services experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma principles familiarity, formal certification a plus.
• Experience with financial services workflows (accounting, tax, bookkeeping).
