💼 About This Role

You'll evaluate and resolve machining process issues for turbine engine components at a family-owned aerospace repair company. Your work will directly reduce rework and improve throughput. You'll also develop work instructions and tooling to enhance production efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate repair processes and resolve quality issues economically.
• Work with production managers to reduce rework and improve quality.
• Develop work instructions, tooling, and fixturing for production.
• Ensure processes meet FAA and industry standards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or technical field (or 5+ years manufacturing experience).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation like OEM manuals and blueprints.
• Machining background including Turning, Milling, Grinding.
• Experience with CNC machining and programming.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with process implementation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to design tooling and fixturing using GD&T.
