💼 About This Role

You'll lead preventive and corrective maintenance for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment at a next-generation factory. Your work will directly minimize downtime and shape our PM program. This role offers the opportunity to influence maintenance strategy in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules with detailed logs.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in basic troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in injection molding maintenance, preferably with large-tonnage machines.
• Strong understanding of machine hydraulics and electric systems (480V 3-phase).
• Ability to read schematics and ladder logic and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
• Skilled in mechanical rebuilds and servo systems.
