• Lead integration of acquired healthcare businesses into unified accounting
• Design multi-entity consolidation and reporting model
• Own accounting systems architecture across ERP and subledgers
• Reduce monthly close timeline through process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Experience as a Controller in healthcare services
• Direct experience in multi-entity roll-up environment
• Track record of improving close timelines and implementing systems

• Experience with modern ERP implementation
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue models (capitation, PMPM)
