💼 About This Role

You'll build security features like audit logging, RBAC, and SCIM, and lead security review programs such as SOC 2 and HIPAA at Pylon, a B2B post-sales support platform backed by a16z and Y Combinator. You'll take ownership of projects from customer request to shipping, working with a strong team of senior engineers to move fast with the right guardrails.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build security features into the product: audit logging, RBAC, SCIM, SAML
• Lead security review processes: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, bug bounty programs
• Engage in pre- and post-sales conversations as the security stakeholder
• Own projects end-to-end from customer request to design to shipping

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or shipping security features
• Experience running security/compliance programs at a startup or fast-moving company
• Comfortable talking to customers and explaining technical decisions
• Works with React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA
• Background in B2B SaaS
