🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and drive post-purchase operations strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Translate operational data into priorities, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to support growth.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles.
• Proven experience developing strategies for scalable operations in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical judgment to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Sigma, Hex).
• Fluent in German and English.
