🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical direction and architecture for Discord's mobile platform
• Build and optimize foundational mobile libraries and infrastructure
• Drive solutions to performance problems like TTI and memory optimization
• Lead React Native infrastructure initiatives and upgrades

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience on large, cross-platform software projects
• 1+ years experience with production React Native at scale
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code and establishing engineering best practices
• Ability to mentor and guide other engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Native mobile development (iOS with Swift/Objective-C or Android with Kotlin/Java)
• Experience with mobile performance optimization and profiling tools
