Description

You will lead the team responsible for Storable's Salesforce ecosystem and GTM technologies, managing Salesforce Admins and Developers while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to ensure scalable and stable systems aligned with business strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Salesforce administration, development, or business systems
• 2+ years of team leadership or people management experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce core capabilities (Flows, Apex, LWC, data modeling, Sales/Service Cloud)
• Understanding of integration patterns (Workato, APIs, middleware, HubSpot)
• Salesforce Administrator certification required

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce Admins, Developers, and technical contributors
• Oversee design, configuration, and development of Salesforce features including Apex, LWC, Flows, CPQ
• Define vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of Salesforce platform
• Partner with Project Manager to ensure requirements are scoped and aligned to capacity
• Serve as key contact for Salesforce priorities across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product
