You'll assess and treat individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders using assent-based ABA therapy in a collaborative model alongside physicians and therapists. • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team for whole-child care
• Manage caseload and coordinate with care coordinators

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• BCBA certification required
• LBA certification preferred
