You'll own technical outcomes, resolving issues and validating interfaces for complex energy systems. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a fast-scaling energy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEM stakeholders.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for integration issues.
• Define and optimize collaboration processes between teams and partners.
• Perform hands-on validation, testing, and troubleshooting of APIs.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical account management or integration engineering.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin a plus.

• Background in IoT, energy systems, or hardware.
• Experience with inverters, EV chargers, or heat pumps.
• Mandarin language skills.
