Description

As a Patient Experience Specialist at Murj, you will support patients in remote cardiac monitoring programs by educating them on device use, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating care between patients and clinical staff. Your empathetic communication and attention to detail will directly enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Empathetic, patient, and flexible communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
• Cultural sensitivity and clarity in communication

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on remote monitoring and guide pairing/transmitting data via home monitors or mobile apps
• Provide instructions for device setup, care, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with clinical and account teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient interactions in Murj Platform and clinic EMR (Epic, Cerner, NextGen)
• Track patient compliance and follow up with non-transmitting patients
