💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team responsible for Gamma's visual editor and all creative outputs, owning how millions of users create, edit, and share presentations. You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, shipping polished consumer products and partnering closely with PM, design, and AI teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Partner with PM, design, and AI on technical feasibility and prioritization
• Contribute to engineering leadership by surfacing risks and opportunities
• Review code, prototype, and debug complex performance issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
• At least 2 years managing high-performing engineering teams
• Track record of shipping highly visual, polished consumer products at scale
• Technical depth in frontend (React/TypeScript), rendering performance, or rich text editors

• Experience with AI product integration or LLM interactions
