๐ผ About This Role
You'll provide post-sale product and client support for Payscale's compensation software, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with engineering. Your work removes barriers, ensuring customers get value from the product.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve client support cases via phone, email, or chat
- Investigate issues by collaborating with internal teams
- Document interactions and resolution steps in case records
- Provide supplemental testing for new SaaS releases
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience
- Foundational understanding of computer technologies
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to quickly master MarketPay or Payfactors system

- Associate degree in related field

- Intermediate technical/product knowledge
