You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model, supported by a collaborative team and technology.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care
• Deliver personalized care through telehealth visits designed for quality and connection
• Utilize evidence-based protocols including hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
