🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume support requests via email and chat with precision.
• Host virtual group training sessions and webinars for global clients.

📋 Requirements

• C1-level fluency in English plus German or French.
• At least 1 year in Customer Support or Client Success.
• Exceptional writing skills to explain complex concepts simply.
• On-camera confidence for hosting webinars.
