💼 About This Role

You'll build the agentic developer experience at a Berlin-based FinTech scale-up, creating tools and guardrails that help engineers move faster and safer with AI. You'll identify and remove friction from engineering workflows, and you'll work on Kubernetes and microservices in a role that combines platform engineering with AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a developer productivity measurement platform integrating GitHub, Linear, Slack, and CI/CD signals
• Identify and remove friction from engineering workflows: slow pipelines, poor feedback loops, unclear ownership
• Define, deploy, and iterate on AI tooling for local development including IDE integrations and agentic tools
• Build guardrails for safe AI adoption: prompt logging, data classification boundaries, approved model catalogue

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in cloud-native startups, FinTechs, or high-volume engineering environments
• 3+ years working in a team focused on developer experience
• 1-2 years using modern agentic AI tools in a professional setting
• 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience or managing Cloud infrastructure
