Description

You will drive growth for Braze AI by collaborating with the sales team and senior customer relationships. You'll lead customer discussions, enable colleagues on reinforcement learning, and manage Proofs of Value to demonstrate AI impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
• Executive presence to engage senior stakeholders
• Business acumen to understand key drivers and AI impact
• Process-driven with ability to create scalable frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with potential Braze AI Decision Studio customers
• Collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams to identify high-impact AI applications
• Train colleagues on reinforcement learning and its marketing applications
• Manage Proofs of Value (POV) with technical implementation team
• Represent Braze AI at events, conferences, and trade shows
