You'll drive service excellence for designated accounts and be the primary interface for escalations. • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of IT industry experience.
• 3+ years in an upper-management program management role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field.
• Working knowledge of Banking and Finance Domain.
• PMP or Prince2 certification must.
