🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate customer interactions against quality and compliance standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to Customer Support Team Leaders.
• Analyze QA data to extract insights and generate reports.
• Drive QA execution through automation tools and maintain dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer operations or 3+ years in QA.
• Experience with QA evaluation frameworks and compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Fluent Greek and English both written and spoken.
