You'll own complex technical initiatives at Bitstack, a crypto-native bank building a better way to save, spend, and grow money. You'll drive architectural decisions for our savings and banking platforms, collaborating closely with Product and Design. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape both product and engineering culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complex technical initiatives from discovery through production.
• Drive architectural decisions that shape our savings and banking platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to influence technical direction.
• Ship high quality, scalable, reliable systems in production.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience owning and delivering complex production systems
• Strong architectural and distributed systems fundamentals
• Experience building highly-available and resilient APIs

• Experience in fintech or regulated environment
• Fluent French is a bonus
