Description

You will analyze business needs for the TeleSales team, identify growth opportunities in customer acquisition, engage with external stakeholders, formalize requirements for development, and measure feature impact. This role is key to driving data-informed decisions and optimizing telemarketing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecom, fintech, or telesales
• Proven ability to formulate requirements and write comprehensive business specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Working knowledge of SQL for hypothesis testing and analytical data preparation

Responsibilities

• Analyze TeleSales team business needs and identify customer acquisition growth opportunities
• Engage with external stakeholders to understand objectives and transform requests into actionable requirements
• Formalize business specifications and hand off to development team
• Analyze performance of launched features and calculate economic impact (ROI/business case)
