💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team performing light auto bodywork on late-model vehicles in a high-tech inspection center. You'll prepare vehicles for resale through sanding, buffing, and minor repairs while enjoying state-of-the-art tools and a supportive team environment. This 2nd shift role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

• ASE certifications
• Experience with heavy plastic welding
• Prior training experience
