💼 About This Role

You'll join the Internal IT team as a Senior System Engineer, taking ownership of infrastructure and automation systems. You'll resolve 2nd level IT tickets and spearhead automation within Azure and Google Workspace. This role offers great impact, autonomy, and visibility across the global IT team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain global IT infrastructure
• Resolve 2nd level IT tickets and collaborate with IT Service Desk
• Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure maintenance tasks
• Manage Azure, Entra ID, and Google Workspace systems

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in administering SaaS, cloud, on-prem, and clients environment
• Strong knowledge of Azure including Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender
• Proficiency in Powershell scripting and automation
• Experience with Google Workspace platform and directory service management

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes
• Experience with GitHub repositories
• TCP/IP networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, SSL
