🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to assigned lines of business
• Analyze monthly results, identify variances, and communicate insights
• Prepare financial reports for executive officers and board meetings
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and financial models

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A or finance business partnering experience
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal)

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EPM
• Proficiency with Power BI or other BI tools
• Experience in IT or automobile industry
