You'll serve as a trusted operational advisor for healthcare clients, independently managing operational alignment and translating complex data into actionable insights for Revenue Cycle Management. You'll drive clarity and accountability across the client lifecycle, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to optimize performance.

• Own operational alignment for assigned client accounts
• Translate performance data into clear narratives and recommendations
• Lead monthly operational reviews and recurring client touchpoints
• Facilitate root cause analysis and develop action plans

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations or revenue cycle
• Foundational understanding of operational workflows and client support models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
