You'll lead the design and delivery of AI-driven Conversational AI solutions for NICE CXone ecosystem. You'll mentor a team of engineers and drive technical standards across cross-functional teams. This role offers deep hands-on technical leadership combined with people management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and govern technical standards for AI solution delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance on API integrations and authentication.
• Lead PoC development leveraging AWS Cloud and AI/ML models.
• Oversee testing, validation, and go-live activities.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering with AI focus.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud services and Knowledge Hub.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or TypeScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks.
• Expertise in conversational UX design.
