You'll own and drive processes across the Data Office at JetBrains, collaborating with internal and external teams to improve delivery predictability. You'll identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, propose solutions, and advocate for implementation. This role offers the chance to shape evolving practices in a tech-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide organizational and planning support at department level.
• Take ownership of project management processes within Data Office.
• Work with team leads to reduce operational overhead.
• Support teams in structuring and optimizing day-to-day processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of project management practices and ability to adapt pragmatically.
• Confident managing complex cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive initiatives to delivery.
